The complex consists of a series of small units for residential and tourist use, sits on a very rugged geomorphological substrate, where the construction is compact and unified.
The houses are aggregated according to a typical stepped pattern, and are distributed by a continuous path of ramps and stairs thus unifying the entire settlement. The main building runs regularly along the right side of the pedestrian path, while on the left side the two building units are composed by several volumes.

The dwellings are linked and overlapping one another, according to concretion and growth mechanisms typical of spontaneous building with repetitions, slippages and volumetric twists. The use in the base masonry of split stone, the result of excavation carried out on site, allows the construction to be more naturally rooted to the ground. The gradation of materials generates a progressive lightening of the built volume upwards: stone masonry at the base, light plaster in the dwellings, canvas and wood in the pergolas of the terraces. The dwellings are all oriented to the south, towards the landscape opening at the port.
