The architect Paolo Desideri, the project’s designer, tells la Repubblica what from this spring will be before everyone’s eyes: the magic of the barracks of the ancient imperial soldiers and the Commander’s residence - perhaps that of Emperor Hadrian himself - which emerged from the ground many years ago.
